We know your pet is an important member of your family and their health is a priority. At Fairfield Animal Hospital, we understand and we feel the same as you. We felt it was important to connect with you, our loyal clients, to share important news. First, we want to assure you that Fairfield Animal Hospital is operating with normal business hours and are prepared to continue providing you and your furry family members with the best in veterinary care. As of Tuesday, December 8, we have re-implemented our curbside only service. Here is what you need to know:

• Please park in one of the numbered spaces and call our office at (281) 256-3150 when you arrive.
• One of our technicians will then call you to review the reason for your visit.
• We will then proceed to come to your vehicle and retrieve your pet.
• After our doctors examine your pet, he/ she will then call you to discuss any recommendations, treatments, etc.
• Once this is complete, one of our client care specialists will then call you for payment.

We appreciate your patience, kindness and understanding with our staff as we work to provide you and your pet with quality care. We realize this process, in some instances, may take a bit longer than usual but we promise to be as efficient and respectful of your time as possible. Additionally, for the health, safety and well-being of our clients and employees, medication and product pick up will still be curbside only. In addition to curbside service, beginning Monday, June 8, Fairfield Animal Hospital will begin allowing one person to accompany their pet into the building for their appointments, with added precautions to limit any potential exposure to our clients and team.
