 Important update from Fairfield Animal Hospital.

We know your pet is an important member of your family and their health is a priority. At Fairfield Animal Hospital, we understand and we feel the same as you. We felt it was important to connect with you, our loyal clients, to share important news. First, we want to assure you that Fairfield Animal Hospital is operating with normal business hours and are prepared to continue providing you and your furry family members with the best in veterinary care. As of Tuesday, December 8, we have re-implemented our curbside only service. Here is what you need to know:
  • Please park in one of the numbered spaces and call our office at (281) 256-3150 when you arrive.
  • One of our technicians will then call you to review the reason for your visit.
  • We will then proceed to come to your vehicle and retrieve your pet.
  • After our doctors examine your pet, he/ she will then call you to discuss any recommendations, treatments, etc.
  • Once this is complete, one of our client care specialists will then call you for payment.
We appreciate your patience, kindness and understanding with our staff as we work to provide you and your pet with quality care. We realize this process, in some instances, may take a bit longer than usual but we promise to be as efficient and respectful of your time as possible. Additionally, for the health, safety and well-being of our clients and employees, medication and product pick up will still be curbside only. Please call us at (281) 256-3150 with any questions, or to schedule your next appointment. We will continue to keep you updated on additional changes. The Care Team at Fairfield Animal Hospital Important (and exciting) update from Fairfield Animal Hospital. We continue to offer and encourage curbside service for appointments. In addition to curbside service, beginning Monday, June 8, Fairfield Animal Hospital will begin allowing one person to accompany their pet into the building for their appointments, with added precautions to limit any potential exposure to our clients and team. Here is what you need to know:
  • Please do not enter the building upon arrival. Instead, please call us at (281) 256-3150 to let us know you are here. Please provide us with the parking space number you are in.
  • Wait in your car or near-by until our team member allows you access
  • Any person accompanying their pet MUST wear a mask. You will need to supply your own mask .
  • We will have a hand sanitizer station available for use as you enter and will check your temperature with a no-touch forehead thermometer.
  • You will then be escorted into either an exam room or to a separate private waiting area for just you and your pet.
  • Your technician will process the payment method from the exam room and will assist you upon exiting.
  • Please be assured that we will be sanitizing the waiting areas as well as the exam rooms according to CDC guidelines with your safety in mind.
